Time Stamped Nest Video Doorbell Videos

I have set up the doorbell. I see video live and history in Google home. I read there are no time stamps available for them in the Home App only in the Nest app. But I also read you cant see video in the Nest app only Google Home. How can I capture time stamped videos for the Nest Doorbell?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Timestamps are only available for cameras set up with the Nest app, this feature isn’t available in the Home app. You may try using your mobile phone's default video recording app and record your event history while playing it. That way, the date and time will be recorded on the recording.

Thanks for getting back to us. New versions of Nest Camera and Nest Doorbell can only be controlled and set up with the Google Home app. The new Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbells are exclusive to the Google Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays.
