Nest Camera Set Up With Google

I have a Google Acccount and a GMail Account. The GMail account works. The Google Account says it has a bad password. Only the GMail show up on the login page. I don't know how to clean up the login panel to get rid of a utube account which shows up in the panel with Google accounts. Clearing cookies didn't help.

Should the Google Account have a different password than GMail?

How do I log in to the Nest IQ. This was an early model before Google purchased them, but was working on a Google Account before I upgraded the comptuter to a newer Macbook Pro.

How is a Google Account different from a Gmail Account. Do you have two Gmail Accounts?

If you have forgotten the password for one of your Gmail Accounts, you could try the Google Account Help forum:

I'm not sure what you mean by a YouTube account. Is this another Gmail Account that is appearing on the Google login page?

If you have two different Gmail Accounts, you would have to have a different password for each.

I'm not sure how you had a Google Nest IQ Camera before Google purchased Nest, because Google purchased Nest in 2014, and I think the Google Nest IQ Camera was released in 2017. Upgrading to a newer MacBook Pro should not have had any effect on logging into the Google Nest app or the home.nest.com website as long as you are using the same username and password you were previously using.
