    <description>&lt;P&gt;we recently changed carriers, we went from C-Spire, which is a local company to AT&amp;amp;T, and when we did…because we changed our Wi-Fi, we lost usage of the camera. I checked the camera and the mounting plate, and there are no serial numbers or barcodes and unfortunately, we probably threw out any paperwork that had a code on it for that camera. So, I need to find out how to get that camera back online. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487819"&gt;@ufcflip&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works best if you removed your camera from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; or Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (as appropriate) while you were still on your old Wi-Fi network.&amp;nbsp; You can try doing a manual factory reset now (&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reinstall your camera in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; or Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (as appropriate) by selecting "&lt;EM&gt;Continue without scanning&lt;/EM&gt;" and entering the 6-character alphanumeric &lt;STRONG&gt;Setup Code&lt;/STRONG&gt; that is printed on the back or bottom of your camera or the bottom of the base--depending on the camera. If you search for install instructions for your camera on Google Nest Help (&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/&lt;/A&gt;), you should be able to find the location of the Setup Code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's worn off or illegible, and the QR code is also worn off, then you won't be able to reinstall your camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We started writing down and saving our Setup Codes several years ago because of this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I wanted to check if you still need assistance with the Nest Cam Outdoor. Have you had any chance to check MplsCustomer’s response above? If so, how did you find it?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I’m afraid that if you don’t have the QR code or the setup code, you won’t be able to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3H8mx8E" target="_blank"&gt;set up and connect the Nest camera.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
