What type of police report is needed to have a stolen doorbell replaced?

I'm having trouble having a stolen Nest Doorbell replaced due to some issue with the police report I've sent along with my claim. Google Nest aren't able to tell me what kind of report I need to request, only that what I've provided is wrong. Hoping there's some expert out there who can help!

I'm in London, UK so the local police are the London Met.
