Hello I have paid for Google Nest for 4 years now, I am I need of recovering video footage from my Doorbell camera on 9/7/21 and 9/8/21, both my mom and I were victims of a crime and I need it to continue with the investigation. Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I know how important it is for you to recover your event history however, the maximum days of event video history for Nest Aware Plus subscription is only 60 days. All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days.
