Deurbel valt uit na aanbellen

Goedenavond allemaal, ik heb een vraag ik heb sinds 4 a 5 weken het probleem dat mijn deurbel uitvalt als er aangebeld word. Ik hoor dan 1 a 2 seconden melodie en dan valt alles uit. Ook krijg ik de melding op de hub en de telefoon dat de camera offline is. Hoe kan dit en wat kan ik er aan doen? Ik heb al meerdere keren de wifi opnieuw ingesteld en al meerdere keren de deurbel gereset. Met vriendelijke groet Kevin.

Have a look at this guide to troubleshoot (see "Wired installations" section): Nest doorbell chime doesn't ring or sounds weak.
