Is there an W10 app that allows you to monitor the camera without using a browser? If so, where do I go to download it?

I'd like to know if there is a W10 app that is independent of a browser so that I can monitor the doorbell camera without using a browser. I gather that there is but I can't find a place to download it.

I am unaware of any specific app coming to Windows 10 to use with your cameras. It will be the browser option, or the mobile apps.
