Has anyone found a fix for a stuck latch button besides WD40? I'm beyond frustrated that the only response from support was to buy a new one and trust that they've fixed the problem.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Just to verify, Which Nest device you’re having issue with? If this is a Nest Doorbell we need to know what type of Nest doorbell are you using? Here is a link to identify which type of Nest camera or doorbell you have technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells.
