&lt;P&gt;That sounds good. Have you tried checking your email for the progress of your replacement? I believe you'll be receiving a link where you can track your replacement unit along with your email cart link. Try checking your spam, junk or trash folders.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I have a Nest doorbell battery purchased directly from Google in November 2023. &amp;nbsp;My doorbell dislodged from the mount and fell to the ground, breaking the lens. &amp;nbsp;I can see that this appears to be a known issue as several posts report the same problem. Is it possible to request a replacement under warranty?&amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
