Will factory resetting Nest Doorbell clear my saved faces for Nest Aware?

My 1st gen Doorbell no longer pushes video to my Lenovo Smart Display 10" which it did without issues for years. In messing with it I noticed it doesnt always do visitor announcements (even tho turned on and NOT in DND mode). I was thinking of factory resetting it. I have 4 years of saved faces for Nest Aware and don't want to lose that data. I just want to confirm it will not erase them in factory resetting and re-adding to Google Home?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, have you tried restarting it first? Try turning off and on the visitor announcements and restart your Nest Doorbell. Lenovo Smart Display and Wi-Fi router. Also, all of your saved familiar faces will be deleted after the reset.
