    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 4 cameras and had an electrician install them. &amp;nbsp;All the wires are in the attic. &amp;nbsp;They were all working fine until I changed my internet provider and got a new modem. &amp;nbsp;I can’t hook them up to my computer now that they’re all wired into the house from the attic to outside. &amp;nbsp;So…. I’ve been trying to set them up with the new wifi router manually by tying in their codes (which I have pictures of) but not one of the cameras can find the network. &amp;nbsp;I haven’t had any problems with any other wireless products in my home. &amp;nbsp;I’m very disappointed I spent so much money for cameras that aren’t working&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":sleepy_face:"&gt;😪&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue as the previous person. I got a new modem and now unable to get my camera working with it. I have unplugged, deleted, and have been. Trying to add back, put the 6 digit code and select the last four digits of the serial number then go through selecting correct modem but the camera will not connect still. I received an email about a trial period but my plan has not yet expired. Not sure what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
