I was assuming it might be a re-install because Google Nest has not made or sold the &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Nest Outdoor Camera&lt;/STRONG&gt; since Sept. 2021. (I know, because that month we had to buy a &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Nest Battery Camera&lt;/STRONG&gt; instead, because the &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Nest Outdoor Camera&lt;/STRONG&gt; was no longer available, and discovered it could only be installed in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try the troubleshooting steps described in this Google Nest Help topic:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240048" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240048&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may not help, but you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot get it to work, you could try contacting &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps (&lt;U&gt;this is just a guess&lt;/U&gt;), there is something incompatible between the current version of the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the firmware that is on your &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Nest Outdoor Camera&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which has been sitting on a shelf somewhere for at least 2-1/2 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact Support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not re-installing the camera because I have not been able to install it at all. &amp;nbsp; This ia a brand new camera which I just took out of the box on Saturday. &amp;nbsp;I am using the Nest App. &amp;nbsp;But I can't remove the camera from the Nest App because it is not on the app. &amp;nbsp; In the installation process I get as far as putting in my WiFi Password and then I get the C107 error message, &amp;nbsp;My bluetooth is on. &amp;nbsp;The camera has never been online because I have not been able to set it up. &amp;nbsp; I am not changing my WiFi network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your kindness in trying to assist me. &amp;nbsp;It is much appreciated. &amp;nbsp;I've tried everything to try to correct the problem. &amp;nbsp;I think you might be correct that the camera is not compatible with the next app. &amp;nbsp; I have installed two nest door bell cameras at home; a doorbell camera for a family member; numerous other brands of cameras.. all with no problems. &amp;nbsp; I am going to return the camera to Amazon. &amp;nbsp;Again, thanks for all your help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just shipped the wired camera back to Amazon.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I had tried setting it up on the&amp;nbsp; Google Home App when I couldn't do it on the nest app..... but it just bounced me back to the nest app.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In any event,&amp;nbsp; I am going to order a battery operated one that can be installed on the Home App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ended up returning the wired outdoor camera to Amazon.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As someone suggested, it probably wasn't compatible with the upgraded Nest App.&amp;nbsp; I tried everything but could not install it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I ended up purchasing a battery operated outdoor camera.&amp;nbsp; Had no problems installing it on the Google Home App.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
