My Camera wire has frayed to a point it wont power my outdoor camera. Where can I get a replacment?

This happened to me before, Nest support was able to help me. As far as I know there isn't a place to buy them without contacting them.

My camera doesn't have power. The cord attached to the camera is cracked with wires showing. It's been securely attached with no bending.
How can the cord be replaced?. The adaptor and cord look like new.
