Hi there,

Thanks for the information. Just to confirm, what type of Nest camera you are using? Have you tried removing and reconnecting to the app? Have you tried doing a factory reset? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset Nest camera or Doorbell?

I look forward to your response.

Best,
Edmond

Hi All. My camera has gone offline and I can't get it to fully power up. I have unplugged it for 15 seconds, plug it back in, it has a blue light indicator that stays on for 10ish seconds, then light goes out. I am hoping you all may have seen or heard of a fix for my situation.

You could try unplugging the adapter and plugging it back in again to make sure it has a good connection. (Our power adapters are all inside our garage.)

Are your cameras shielded at all from the weather? We have three outdoor cameras that are all several years old, and they're either under an eave or under a camera shield to provide some protection from direct sunlight and rain and snow.

Hello thank you for checking up on this, but I think the internal Wi-Fi is going bad / dying slowly. I moved the router closer to camera after resetting both and it worked for a little bit but then still going out. I haven't moved my router or camera since I installed it 3 years ago until recently. I think it is time to go with a different camera, this one has served me well til recently.
