    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My doorbell was working.&amp;nbsp; I switched internet providers.&amp;nbsp; My Google Nest is still working, but the doorbell is not.&amp;nbsp; Says it can't connect to WIFI.&amp;nbsp; Light doesn't pulse blue either.&amp;nbsp; Tried restarting it and setting up a new home for it.&amp;nbsp; Nothing is working.&amp;nbsp; Help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/528857"&gt;@nancylh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings, which is why their first recommendation is to use the same network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem as you were using on your old router/modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't do that, then you should have removed your doorbell from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; while still on you old Wi-Fi network, then do a factory reset, and then reinstall. &amp;nbsp;You need to do a factory reset, not a "&lt;EM&gt;Restart&lt;/EM&gt;", as described here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162" target="_self"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
