My camera stuck in downloading updates. I've done everything what was suggested here- still nothing.

Contacted google support Australia and they said in 5 min. someone will call me- waiting alreadt 1 hour.( I am not tech savy, but this problem I have is already 4 weeks

Google?? Help- what's up with your support team

Ensure that your camera is connected to a stable and reliable internet connection. Unstable or slow internet speeds can sometimes interfere with the update process. You can try rebooting your router or connecting the camera to a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes a difference.
Disconnect the power source from the camera, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it. This power cycle can sometimes help clear any temporary issues and initiate the update process again.
If you haven't already, try performing a factory reset on your camera. This will revert it back to its default settings, including any software updates. Keep in mind that a factory reset will erase all your camera's settings and configurations, so you'll need to set it up again from scratch.

I’ve successfully installed one camera but the others are stuck on the update. I’ve restarted, did factory reset, reset more than 4 times and still not working! Any other suggestions???

Go to the store wneh you bought it- and ask for the replacement if it's still on guarantee

I've tried all the suggestions from Google and it didn't work.

I also need desperately my camera ro work as I am doing short term rental.

Unfortunately, please believe me- I've paid $ 250Aud for the it service and they said- camera won't download updates on you new Samsung s24
