I have a Google Nest doorbell and a Ring doorbell, and to be honest I like the Ring notification alerts better. For some reason with the Ring doorbell it seem more friendly to understand, you can view the video instantly. The Nest doorbell video notification has hard delays. It doesn't notify you instantly to see the person or to view the video right away, and sometimes the video screen appears black but yet the Nest monthly fee is way higher then the Ring monthly fees.

So far I am not to pleased

Regarding the delayed notifications, I have a few questions:

Is the delay with push notifications or with email notifications?
Does this delay happen on a different phone?
Are you currently using the Nest or the Google Home app?
