Long time Nest user here. In my opinion stay with the Nest Hello especially if you have other Gen 1 Nest cameras. The reason is the newer doorbell cams don't work in the Nest App and you would be forced to use the Google Home app which is much better thanks to recent enhancements but going back and forth between the two apps isn't fun.

One more thing: If you go with the newer doorbell cameras make sure you do NOT buy the battery version. You can see here on this forum it has lots of issues.

@Scotth0701

Here is Google Nest's comparison of the 1st gen and 2nd gen doorbells:

https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/The-difference-between-the-2nd-gen-and-the-1st-gen-wired-Nest-Doorbell/bc-p/398664

We are still using all three of our 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells, even though the internal battery has failed on all three (necessitating turning off the "Indoor chime" option and relying on the "Visitor announcements" option instead), and even though we have silicone "skins" on two of them because the fronts are peeling. The aspect ratio on the 2nd gen doorbells is 3:4, yielding a taller and narrower view, unlike the wider 4:3 aspect ratio on the Nest Hello. In addition, because the 2nd gen doorbells work only in the Google Home app, they lack numerous Nest app features (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features), especially the Enhance (zoom) feature, which is very helpful for us since two of our doorways are recessed.
