Hello,

Does anyone know if Google will ship out the terminal screws? We have gone to numerous stores with no luck. It's a little off-putting that they don't include extras nor do they seem to be listening to any of the feedback on these threads. I've filled in the form, but judging from what others have said, I don't expect a satisfactory response.

If you're within the 1-year warranty, you could try contacting Support. It's too bad they don't use standard screws.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
