Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4.       <title>I cannot perform factory reset on nest doorbell battery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My nest doorbell battery (wired) went offline. I took the doorbell off and tried a restart but the nest app would not connect. I tried a factory reset but it will not work. When I hold the reset button for 12 seconds or even up to 30 seconds, it does not make any chimes or yellow light. Because of this, I cannot connect the doorbell to my nest app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have listed this a the Nest Doorbell (battery) which is the newer (2nd gen) doorbell and it ONLY works with the GOOGLE HOME app. &amp;nbsp; If you were using the NEST app before is it possible you have the original NEST HELLO (1st generation) doorbell?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
