Nest cam battery notifications

Hi Anyone have a nest camera battery , do you get sound events settings and notifications ? I only get seen event notifications plus there is nowhere to set up sound events in settings . I cant find out any info about this anywhere even rang google support but no help , I get motion and sound notifications on doorbell cam so was wondering if this is correct . Photo shows settings screen when tapping on events

Further to this , ive found out , no sound notifications on nestcam battery , it still records sound to any seen events , you can use the wired option and get some sound notification but i think its only smoke alarm and co2

I get no **bleep**ing notifications at all... Driving me bonkers. Samsung Galaxy A51. Android 11. Tried every setting, uninstall reinstall, reset imaginable with Google Support. They've given up and say, it's your phone.. like hell. Have zero issues with other notifications.
