Nest let me down when I need them more than ever...

I choose google nest products to set up security cameras etc only to find out I cant recover past 60 days :(. Needed footage for legal reasons etc. I was to eager to and did not check past the 24/7 live feed. OF WHICH IS ONLY 10 DAYS, 60 IF NOT 24/7 :(. I swear I thought google/nest would have some datacenter storage for stuff like this :(. Snapchat keeps storage of videos etc for some reason I figured if snapchat is doing it than google would have lol. Still no luck with this? Has google made a time machine? Need that.

We've been on the "Nest Aware Plus" subscription plan (10 days of 24/7 video history plus 60 days of event video history) since 2020. I think it would be unethical and possibly illegal if Google Nest were actually secretly storing our video history for longer time periods without our permission and without telling us.
