Cannot access live video, asks to "Finish Setup", returns to home page

Nest Camera / Floodlights installed on garage, device is on the home page and receiving motion alerts, and can control lights. But when I try view live camera a screen pops up to Finish setup or Delete device, when I select Finish setup, it times out and goes back to home page. So I can't access settings for camera.

This customer had the same problem. For them, the problem was with iOS. Since they didn't have an Android phone, they downloaded Bluestacks on their Mac and used that to finish the setup. I don't know if it will help; just sharing:

It works! I had an Android in the house and voila!
