      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 Nest Cameras and a Doorbell that I'd like to remove so I do not get billed any longer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neither item appears on my subscription but I'm still being charged.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I contact customer support for help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/544303"&gt;@lanbone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you have probably migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As best as I can tell (I'm just another customer), once you migrate your Nest Account to a Google Account, it seems you lose online access any 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions that may still be active. This seems to be a serious hole in Google Nest's system that causes real problems for customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try the "&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Contact us&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;" link I suggested above to see if Support can help you. You might have to be persistent. Google Nest Support--according to some posts in this forum--seems to find it hard to look up or cancel 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, note that having active cameras or doorbells does not trigger any billing. The existence of a Nest Aware subscription triggers billing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
