What exactly do you mean by "rotation function not working"?

support info not helpful tried both apps and also on line the function for rotating view not working view is 180 degrees upside down tried reinstalling that did not work either have great video just upside down not sure why out of no where it turned upside down

I don't know what would suddenly cause your camera image to turn upside down, or disable the "Rotate image" option in the Google Nest app and on the home.nest.com website, or, for 2nd gen cameras, the "Rotate Image 180" option in the Google Home app. (The option is not available for doorbells or IQ cameras.)

There is very little in this forum about this.

If Support can't resolve it, and a factory reset and reinstall doesn't resolve it, perhaps they should replace your camera.
