      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have Eero routers? &amp;nbsp;This might be the problem. &amp;nbsp;Worth giving it a try. &amp;nbsp; However I have EERO routers and do not have this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We contacted the router service people (Eero) who knew right away what the issue was - the cameras need to connect to 2.4 GH but the newer routers use 5 GH (or both). &amp;nbsp;They showed us a way to pause the 5, connect the cameras to the 2.4, then turn the 5 back on. &amp;nbsp;Not sure what type of router you are using but maybe their customer service could help you. We probably talked to 8 - 10 Nest people and none of them suggested that was the issue. &amp;nbsp;Good luck!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for posting in this community forum. Sorry for this situation that you are having with your camera, but&amp;nbsp;don’t&amp;nbsp;worry.&amp;nbsp;Let's&amp;nbsp;take a look at some troubleshooting tips:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Close the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Follow&amp;nbsp;this article to &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2xNcGos" target="_blank"&gt;restart your camera&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure your&amp;nbsp;phone’s&amp;nbsp;Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on. Your devices should be on the same Wi-Fi network that you want to use for your camera.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try to set up your camera again in the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the help code still appears, and&amp;nbsp;you’re&amp;nbsp;using the app on another phone, reboot your device and check if that fixes the issue.&lt;/LI&gt;
