Picture quality and rain is not a vehicle

Had this camera for a few years now. Seems to be getting worse. All video is of poor quality. Night vision is just a disaster all blurry at times. When is rains it send notifications of vehicles. If the wind blows it send notifications of people or vehicle day and night. I have tried to uninstall reinstall, delete zones clean lens all hardwired. I have two flood light cams and nest door bell. Which is another issue in itself with all 3 interacting with each other.

You probably already did this but have you gone out and cleaned the lens on the cameras? I have to do it about once every 2 weeks.

Also, yes,, I agree that the people notification is not great. It is always mistaking shadows on the ground of tree branches waiving in the wind as people. If anyone know of any other cameras that really do people notifications with out false alarms I would love to know it.

Thanks for the reply , and I did do that several times. As for the shadows and tees moving, I believe that to be an answer that most commonly used because the real issues can't get resolved. If it has recognition and can Identify people it can certainly identify a branch from a person or a shadow from a person. Raining with a still vehicle showing as a moving vehicle over and over, the cams should be able to recognize it's not a moving vehicle. I think it's software is broken and no one wants to fix it. I see this issue all over the net with these cams.

Thanks I will give it a try I know the WiFi is strong I have my provider WiFi and 3 Google extenders . I will give the rest a try.

Thanks you , yes I have tried all the above suggestions it's still the same. Checked once twice three times. No improvement .

I'm so sorry to hear that none of the previous steps didn't resolve the video quality and false notification situations. Let's try a few more things:

For the video quality:

Use the Nest or Google Home app to zoom and enhance and crop out surfaces or objects that may be the cause of the glare.
Turn the camera so that any nearby surfaces or objects (like a wall) are out of view. If the customer has a Google Nest Doorbell, they can install the wedge to angle the camera away from nearby objects.

For the false notifications:

Check the light level
Check or create an Activity zone
