Nest Doorbell Battery will not charge byond 30%

My Nest Doorbell Battery refuses to charge beyond 30%. This started a few weeks back after about a year of use. Even at 30% charge I still a couple weeks of use before I have to recharge but it is no where near as long as it was before.

Thus far I have tried using different cord and different power sources but nothing can charge beyond 30%. I normally run the battery down to 2-3% before charging so I know I am able to get some power into the battery, just not a full, 80%, charge.

Any idea?

Those article did not help and I still have the same issue. Any other options before I ask for a replacement?
