Familiar Faces not showing on Gen 2 Doorbell

Just replaced my 1st gen doorbell (wired) with 2nd gen (wired). Familiar Faces pics nowhere to be seen. Suggestions?

Familiar faces are tied to your Nest Aware subscription.

What Nest Aware subscription did you have prior to replacing your 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell?

1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions apply ONLY to 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells, and are priced by how many cameras and doorbells you have.

2nd gen "Nest Aware" and "Nest Aware Plus" subscriptions (available since 2019) have just one price that includes ALL 1st gen and 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure".

Also, for the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, familiar faces are accessed in the Google Home app and not the Google Nest app.
