Nest Backyard Camera Stopped Working When I upgraded my Internet

So I upgraded to a faster speed internet sysem, and i had to reset my cameras. I was able to resett the front door camera and indoor camera. However, I was not successful in resetting the camera in the backyard. So I am on the phone with the ADT provider and he basically was telling me to push a button. Finally I expalined to him there is no button to push however, there is a hole where a pin can go in. He than said to stick and safety pin or paper clip in it. I did this several times and nothing happen. At one point I am standign on the ladder in sweltering heat pressing on the button for over 5 minutes and nothing happen. No light, No Sound No nothing. They are sending out a tech which will probably run me a cool $100.00. Can someone help, The Camera is has two wires connected to it. Thanks.

How you do "restarts" and "factory resets" depends on the specific camera or doorbell (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162)

and some cameras (as shown in the Help topic) do NOT have a reset button. For those older cameras, you need to have removed the camera from the Google Nest app while still on your old Wi-Fi network.
