Setup a Nest Doorbell (battery) without QR code or setup code

Hello,

I'm trying so setup an "used" DoorBell (battery) but QR code and setup code at the back are no more readable (it's been scratched and no app can decipher it).

Fortunately, I got a copy of the the serial number

Is there a way to setup with the serial code ? Or to retrieve the setup code using the serial number ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to install or reinstall a Google Nest camera or doorbell without scanning the QR Code or entering the 6-character alphanumeric Setup Code. I've seen numerous posts from other customers indicating Google Nest Support cannot provide a workaround even when provided with the device's serial number.

That's why for years we've been writing down and saving the Setup Code for each of our Google Nest cameras and doorbells.
