I have a disabled child who we watch via a camera all night because of medical complications. The current setup has shot craps. Replacements seem to come with a feed delay, and want you to watch the feed on your phone. My question:

I can use a wireless Nest camera to monitor his bedroom at night. But what equipment/setup do I need so that I can have that feed "live" on the TV in my bedroom. Live meaning instantaneous view of the feed?

Not concerned with recording, just being able to open my eyes and instantly see is is occurring at that moment in his bedroom.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand your concern about watching your Nest Camera Live Feed on a TV. Help's here!

You can see the live feed from your Nest Cam battery but with a limitation. Here's how it works:

Opening the Live Feed: You can access the live feed through the Google Home app.
5-Minute Limit: The live stream will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity on your end.
Restarting the Stream: To see the live feed again, you'll need to manually restart the stream by tapping on the camera in the app.

Also, you can Visit our Help Center to learn more about watching live video stream with the Google Home app and Stream your Nest Camera video feed to a TV using a speaker or display.
