Nest Cam (indoor, wired), clicking, switching between day/night mode

In low light conditions, such as dusk or dawn, my indoor, wired Nest Cam makes a constant clicking sound as it alternates between day and night mode. I can also see it switching in the google home app. This is not only annoying, but probably adds a lot of wear on the camera. Is there a fix? Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for posting in the community!

I understand it is annoying when you hear the click of your Nest Camera every time it switches to night vision mode.

The solution I can offer is to disable the night vision, so it might also turn off the clicking.
