To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

What kind of Nest camera do you have?
Where and When did you get the device?
Do you mind sharing a picture of the Nest camera where it's stuck in the holder?

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

Make sure it's aligned correctly: Double-check that you're inserting the camera into the holder the right way. There might be a specific orientation for it to click into place.
Check for debris: Sometimes, dirt or debris can prevent a secure connection. Try gently cleaning the latching mechanism on both the camera and the holder.

Hello, I have the same problem with my Nest Doorbell WiFi. Since one week I can't look it into place.

I cleaned the back side of the device and the holder, but it doesn't help.

My doorbell is 1 1/2 year old. What can I do?
