My Google Chromecast os working OK but thèse is no round.

I bought à new one but it is the same tuning.

The sound was. OK before I reinstall it.

Do you know what it could be?

I had this problem once and a Google search for the problem said to turn the tv off, then back on. Worked for me the one time I had this problem.
