I am now having a lot of poor and dropped connections after years of very good experience with my original Chromecast device. Anyone else having issues? What changed?

Yes im havin issues for just over a week. Chromecast closing constanstly on utube when i go on other websites/ph goes sleep on my ph. But when on tvondemand its fine

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are having a connection issue with your Chromecast. Let's check on this further.

Quick question — what type of Chromecast device do you have? Please reboot your Chromecast and WiFi router. Resetting your Chromecast might also help.
