Hey there jakeandmarg,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out how to install those batteries? If not, I'd be happy to help out! It's fairly simple, you'll just need to turn the remote around, slow down the back-plate, and there will be a slot to install 2 AAA batteries. That's all there is to it!
