Google tv remote stopped working

Google tv remote randomly stopped working. No lights will turn on remote. Replaced batteries multiple times. Reset chromecast and now stuck at pairing screen. Need a replacement remote but can't find a contact number and help functions are a infinite loop of nothingness

I actually had a solid white light on remote till I did the chromecast reset then nothing

I have the same problem, replaced batteries and also done a factory reset and now nothing, get the the remote pairing screen and it wont let me pair the remote no lights on the remote at all.

I think i also need a replacement unit or remote.

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! If you are still experiencing these remote issues, please go ahead and contact Chromecast support though here. You'll need to get through the prompts, but then you'll be able to talk with support either by phone call or online chat.
