No Audio when casting from Android 12 after updating

Hello, so yesterday my chromecast was working fine. I was able to cast as normal. Than Google decided to release an update for Android 12 now I am getting no audio when casting to my LG Smart TV. Picture is fine. I know its not the TV or connection as it works fine without casting.

I have tried rebooting all the devices and it did not fix the issue.
I am on the same WiFi network.

Something broke when the January 2022 Security Update was applied. Google needs to investigate this issue as it seriously impacts the operability of Chromecast.

If others are experiencing the same issue, know your not alone and it looks like Google broke all our Chromecasts. Again.

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, please give these steps a try:

Use a different HDMI input.
Reboot your Chromecast and TV.
Check if the no audio issue occurs from all apps or only when casting certain websites.
Plug in your Chromecast device on a different TV (if possible)
Perform factory reset on your Chromecast
