I have submitted a post already, see the following url

This issue is not resolved and was closed without regard for the issue. If this issue is not fixed promptly, I will require refund for all google devices in my home.

I'm not playing this game anymore. Stop avoiding issues and using canned responses that lead to no resolution.

Resolve this issue or refund the cost of my devices so I can switch to Amazon devices. That is 7 chromecasts, 5 Google homes and a Google home hub.

Do not lock this post until there is a solution.
