Chromecast and Humax Aura

Hi , I have a Projector with Chromecast inserted which is working very well when I stream from my phone for Netflix etc.

My question / issue is that I can't stream live TV in the UK so was thinking about purchasing a Humax Aura and set up Google home on it to then stream to the Chromecast on the projector. Is this possible ? I could link via a HDMI but it would mean cords all across the room and with pets and kids I would prefer not to. Thanks for any help in advance.

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to find an answer to your question? If not, I'd be happy to help out! While I don't have experience with that specific setup, there are a few fundamentals to see if a setup will work. First, I would make sure the devices meet the Chromecast requirements, it will have guidelines on which devices can function with Google Home, as well as what devices the Chromecast can plug into and function with.
