HELP with chromecaat

I work remotely in Northern Ontario and have brought my chromecast to watch tv but, I can’t establish a connection to the internet. The home ap recognizes it but doesn’t connect. Is this because I had my chromecast set up in my home before I brought it to work? I did a factory reset and I do not have access to the camp router. What can I do to start casting??

Use a mobile WiFi router.
