Unable to connect note 9 to chromecast

Hi,

I'm unable to mirror my Samsung note 9 to chromecast. I have updated both devices to latest versions and firmware. I get a message saying "this device is not made for casting" when I try to cast through Google home app.

Does that mean chromecast is not compatible with note 9?
