Meu Chrome está aparecendo uma imgengem que significa que meu aparelho foi reiniciado várias vezes e por isso ele precisa ficar numa espécie de " carregador" e eu deixei a mais de 2 dias e nada ele só fica aparecendo HDMI e quando vou apertar o botão pra reiniciar ele trava na tela de novo. Alguém poderia me ajudar ? Isso já aconteceu com alguém antes ? O que devo fazer ? Desde já muito obrigado!

When did this issue start happening?
What type of Chromecast do you have?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
Have you already factory reset the device?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
