Hi cryptoMD,

Thanks for reaching out. Follow the steps below on how to disable the TalkBack feature on your Chromecast with Google TV:

From the Google TV home screen, scroll up to the top navigation bar using your Voice Remote.
Select Profile Settings > Dashboard > Settings.
Select System > Accessibility.
Under Services, select TalkBack > Disable > OK
