Chrome Cast Built-In

Hi, we have no issue casting - our issue is all of a sudden recently our TV has started announcing every move we make while watching TV - announcements of every selection made and announcing every tab hovered over etc.. occasionally the voice says ‘Chrome Cast Built-In is running’ tap to turn off App or help’ - but tapping remote does nothing..

I do not know exactly what is happening, how it started, or how to stop it?

Help please?

Thanks for reaching out. If casting videos are working, I would suggest you check your TV manual or contact your TV manufacturer for further assistance. There might be some settings on your TV that need to be configured.
