Hi Mikey23u8,

The Bluetooth that is used on a Chromecast ultra is for the set up process only and you can not connect speakers/headphones.

Your best bet would be to either connect with the TV if it has Bluetooth or purchase a Chromecast with Google TV that has this feature available.
