CHROMECAST audio not casting today

My speaker which has the dongle attached isnt showing in my casting list. I use this everyday to listen to Spotify and podcasts and have never had an issue. Nothing has changed in my set up at home and there are no other users in the house. Help.

be sure you have connected to same wifi as chromecast. Maybe you accidentally turned off wifi on your smartphone.

@Susan4, do you still need help with this? Aside from checking the network where your phone and Chromecast Audio is connected to, you could also try to reboot your Chromecast Audio, mobile phone and speaker.
