No se puede establecer conexión Wi-Fi, y por ende no tengo control del Chromecast, me menciona que tienen que coincidir una clave alfanumérica de 4 dígitos, pero busco en la app de Home y no hayo la manera de conectar el dispositivo

When did this issue start happening?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
Are your devices connected to the same network band? Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
