      <title>HDMI Issues with Amazon Prime</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try watching something on Amazon Prime, the picture glitches out and I get a message that says there’s a problem with the HDMI connection but I’m able to stream all the other applications on my TV with no problem. &amp;nbsp;I’m able to see my Amazon Prime account, but as soon as I start to stream is when I get the message&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105846"&gt;@lena1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;my guess would be your TV either has not been updated with a firmware update or can't be updated by the TV manufacturer to support HDCP 2.2 or more which is a minimum for Amazon content. It has nothing to do with your Amazon account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would try different ports on your TV as they aren't all the same and one might support the proper CP format required by Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
